Judd Novak (Manheim, Pa./Manheim Central) of the Kutztown University football team has earned a coveted selection to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Fall Top 10, announced Wednesday afternoon.

The PSAC Top 10 was introduced during the 1998-99 academic year and is awarded to male and female student-athletes that excel in both the classroom and athletic competition at the conclusion of the fall, winter and spring athletic seasons.

Novak quarterbacked the Golden Bears to program single season records of 14 victories, 14 consecutive victories and 645 points scored. He completed 215-of-328 passes for 3,070 yards, 31 touchdowns and just one interception, rushed for 547 yards (6.9 yards per carry) and seven TDs. Novak led the PSAC and ranked top 10 in DII in passing efficiency (174.8), passing TDs and points responsible for (228), while also ranking second in the PSAC and 10th nationally in passing yards.

Just this past season, the Manheim native was a Harlon Hill Trophy national finalist for DII Player of the Year, PSAC East Offensive Athlete of the Year, D2CCA Second Team All-America, All-PSAC East First Team and D2CCA All-Region First Team. Through the last three seasons, he is a three-time All-PSAC East selection and Went 37-4 as a starter. Novak ranks fourth in program history in passing TDs (72), fourth in passing yards (7,313) and fifth in completions (537).

Novak is a sport management major, who holds a 3.62 GPA. He is expected to graduate in May with his undergraduate degree.

Novak becomes Kutztown's 18th male Top 10 recipient and 42nd overall since the award's inception. He joins Jason Stephens (1997-98, 1998-99), Alex Daecher (2000-01, 2001-02), Michael Baldwin (2005-06), Ryan Nye (2008-09) and
Freddie Retter (Quakertown, Pa./Quakertown) (2024-25) as KU football players to receive the award.
