KUTZTOWN UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS STATEMENT
"While I'm disappointed for our coaches and student-athletes, who work tirelessly to compete at a high level each day, that they will no longer get to compete this spring, we support the PSAC Board of Directors' decision," said director of athletics Greg Bamberger. "This is a global pandemic. The health and safety of our coaches, student-athletes, staff and supporters, is of utmost importance and we are doing what is right to make sure we protect them. In the future, we're hopeful we can work with the NCAA to discuss additional eligibility for our student-athletes, but at this point in time we're committed to keeping everyone safe. I want to thank our senior Golden Bear student-athletes for everything they've contributed to Kutztown University."
