KUTZTOWN, Pa. – The 15th-ranked Kutztown University football team, fresh off earning the 2019 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division championship, will host Millersville University Saturday, Nov. 9, at 12:05 p.m. at Andre Reed Stadium for Hall of Fame, Military Appreciation and PSAC 150 day.

The Golden Bears (9-0 overall, 6-0 PSAC East) tied the best start to a season in program history with nine consecutive victories. The 30-17 win at No. 22 West Chester last Saturday marked the fourth PSAC East title in program history and also extended their road winning streak to 14 games, third-longest in Division II.

Quarterback Collin DiGalbo (Secane, Pa./Monsignor Bonner) threw for 300 yards and two touchdowns, Abdul-Hassan Neblett (Newark, N.J./Paramus Catholic) rushed for 103 yards and a pair of scores, and the defense held on a huge 4th and 4 with West Chester inside the 10 at the start of the fourth quarter. The Golden Bears exploited West Chester's defense, which was allowing just 293.4 yards and 15.3 points per game, for 428 yards and used multiple threats to keep the Golden Rams off balance all afternoon. Kutztown will now look for its best start in program history after tying the mark at 9-0 when it hosts the Marauders the week before the PSAC Championship game.

A week after rushing for a career-high 203 yards and four scores in a blowout win over Shippensburg, Neblett used great blocking from his offensive line to bust a hole on the left side and break the ice with a 37-yard touchdown run midway through the first quarter.

Millersville (2-7, 1-5) enters Saturday after a 26-21 loss to Bloomsburg last weekend, its third straight defeat.

Saturday will recognize the KU Hall of Fame class of 2019. The 2019 class is comprised of Michael Baldwin '05 (football), Justin Collins '04 (men's track & field), April Doyle '13 (women's track & field), John Frownfelter '00 (men's track & field), Shayne Houck '16 (baseball), Lisa (Rawa) Morgan '89 (women's lacrosse) and Ashley (Singer) Garrett '08 (women's swimming).

It will also consist of recognizing Kutztown's PSAC 150 Top Contributors, including Andre Reed, Bruce Harper, Mark Steinmeyer, Kevin Morton, Major Dave Borden, Jordan Morgan and John Mobley.

Kutztown will then host Slippery Rock in the PSAC Championship game next Saturday, Nov. 16, at a time to be determined.
