KUTZTOWN, Pa. – The Kutztown University football program is proud to welcome 33 new student-athletes as part of its 2018 recruiting class.
Each of the 33 players signed either a National Letter of Intent or an institutional letter with their commitment to attend and play for Kutztown University.
"We are really happy with the overall quality of the student-athletes that will be joining our program this fall," fifth-year head coach
Jim Clements said. "We look for guys that will fit the culture of our locker room, are good teammates, have an attitude and passion about the game, but we're also looking for guys who can make plays.
"This class will help us continue to move the program forward and compete to win championships in the PSAC East."
The recruiting class consists of 11 offensive players, 21 defensive players and one special teamer. 22-of-33 commits are from Pennsylvania while the remaining 11 hail from New Jersey.
