Matt Swarmer of the Allentown Railers was a unanimous selection to the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League (ACBL) All-Star Game, announced on Saturday.
Swarmer, a two-time ACBL All-Star, has posted a 7-0 record for the Railers. He tops the ACBL in wins, strikeouts and ERA. In 58 innings the 6-5 RHP has an amazing 80-3 strikeout to walk ratio with a 0.47 ERA.
Swarmer will represent the Wolff Division All-Stars as they host the Kaiser Division All-Stars on Thursday, July 23 at 7 p.m. at Memorial Park in Quakertown, Pa.

Swarmer completed his junior season at Kutztown this past spring. He threw a career-high 54 innings and tallied a 5-4 record with a 3.83 ERA and a 78/13 strikeout/walk ratio. For his career at KU, Swarmer carries a 2.80 ERA and a 9-6 record with 139 strikeouts in 112.2 innings.
