2014 HALL OF FAME: At Saturday's coin toss, the Kutztown athletic department will honor the six newest members of the KU Athletics Hall of Fame. The 36th annual class includes: Niya Adams Grenevich '04, women's track & field / cross country; David Ben '09, men's basketball; Stephanie Denlinger Rummel '09, softball; Margaret Edwards-Mayes '98, women's tennis; Joseph Kemmerer '09, wrestling; and Shaun R. Landis '03, men's track & field.

RUNNING TO VICTORY: Kutztown's success this season has stood true with its success of the running game. KU has won every game this season in which it runs for at least 100 yards. It has also won every game when it holds its opponent to less than 100 rushing yards. Saturday's outing marked Kutztown's best defensive performance against the run this season as ESU finished with -45 yards on the ground.

TAKING A STAND: Kutztown's defensive unit limited East Stroudsburg to less than half of its average offensive production on Saturday. ESU posted 240 total yards, and entered the game atop the PSAC and fifth in Division II at 527.1 per game. KU only allowed one touchdown with its defense on the field, as ESU managed a field goal and a kickoff return touchdown in its lowest scoring output of the season.

WAH AND WILLIAMS: James Wah Jr. (Whitehall, Pa./Whitehall) and Terry Williams (West Orange, N.J./Cosby (Phoenix College)) combined for 316 rushing yards in KU's 31-16 road victory over East Stroudsburg. Wah Jr. posted a career-high 205 yards with an impressive 7.9 average on 26 carries. He is the first Golden Bear to run for 200 yards since Maurice Adams ran for 259 in 2004, and his carries were the most by a KU player since 2009. Williams posted his third 100-yard outing of the season. He ran for 111 yards on 20 carries to mark the second time this season that KU has had two backs run for triple-digit yardage in the same game.

EARLY LEAD: Kutztown has led at halftime in each of its four wins this season, as well as its four wins last season. Its last comeback win in which it trailed at halftime was on Nov. 10, 2012 at Edinboro. KU trailed 21-14 at the break and scored 33 unanswered points in the second half in a 47-21 win.

RED-ZONE: Kutztown holds a .900 scoring percentage in the red-zone, the second-best in the PSAC and tied for fifth in Division II. It has scored on 27 of its 30 red-zone attempts this year, and has scored touchdowns on 19-of-30 (.633). Mercyhurst leads the PSAC at .909 (20-for-22). Defensively, KU's defense ranks third in the PSAC and 46th in Division II by holding opponents to a .714 scoring percentage in the red-zone. Bloomsburg leads the PSAC at .647.

ONE IF BY AIR, TWO IF BY SEA: Kutztown used a dual threat to topple East Stroudsburg last week, in which it posted a 100-yard rusher and a 100-yard receiver. James Wah Jr. (Whitehall, Pa./Whitehall) (205) and Terry Williams (West Orange, N.J./Cosby (Phoenix College)) (111) each had more than 100 rushing yards, and Kellen Williams (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg) posted 107 receiving yards. It is the first time this season KU has had a triple-digit rusher and receiver in the same game, and the first time since 2013 against Cheyney.

SAM I AM: Senior Sam Dougan (Secane, Pa./Ridley) is a two-time All-PSAC MLB and leads the team with 65 tackles (10th in PSAC) and 9.0 for a loss (13th in PSAC). He has 259 career tackles for ninth in school history, and he currently ranks eighth on the PSAC active career leaderboard and 30th in Division II. Lock Haven's George Christas ranks 11th in the PSAC and 45th in Division II among active players with 239 career tackles.

ENGLISH 101: Senior English Peay (Philadelphia, Pa./George Washington) eclipsed 200 career tackles on Oct. 9 against West Chester, the 18th player in school history to do so. The four-year starter has 212 tackles in 38 career games. Peay holds the school-record for pass break-ups (37), ranks second in passes defended (42), behind Pete Mendez's 47, and ranks fourth among active Division II players in passes defended. The PSAC record for passes defended is 59 by Shippensburg's Brent Grimes (2002-05). East Stroudsburg's David Castillo (2007-10) is third with 45.

CAPTAIN GREENWALD: Two-time All-PSAC East defensive end Zach Greenwald (Gibbstown, N.J./Paulsboro) is nearing 200 career tackles. He currently has 197 and looks to be the 19th player in school history with 200. He has 24 tackles this season and ranks second on the team with 5.0 tackles-for-loss.

COFFIN CORNER: Junior punter Andrew Deutsch (Kutztown, Pa./Northwestern Lehigh) leads the PSAC with 17 punts inside the 20-yardline this season. He is third in the conference with six 50+ yard punts, including a career-best 56-yarder this season against Bloomsburg.

TURNOVER MARGIN: Kutztown is second in the PSAC and fifth in Division II with a +1.75 turnover margin/per game. Bloomsburg leads Division II at +2.5 per game. KU has forced 21 turnovers (15th in Division II) and has lost seven (tied for second-lowest in Division II).

PROMISING RIGHT FOOT: Freshman kicker Alec Rosenfeld (Bensalem, Pa./Bensalem) opened his collegiate career 9-for-9 in field goal attempts, before missing his first attempt last week at ESU. His .900 field goal percentage leads the PSAC and is tied for sixth in Division II (min. of 1 FGA per game). His nine field goals tie him for third in school history, and he needs four more to move into second. He kicked a season-best 44-yarder against Cheyney, and in the past 17 years, only one Golden Bear has kicked a field goal 44 yards or longer (Matt Dineen vs. Cheyney in 2009). The school-record is 48 yards from 1994 and 1989.

GOOD HANDS: Kutztown is tied for the lowest in the PSAC and the seventh-lowest in Division II with three lost fumbles this season. Last season, KU lost five total fumbles (all by quarterbacks) for third in the PSAC and 13th in Division II.

THE BARTON BUNCH: Chad Barton (Hollidaysburg, Pa./Hollidaysburg) has thrown 21 TDs this season, third in the PSAC and tied for 14th in Division II, for seventh in school history in single-season TD passes. He is one of three players in the PSAC (Matt Soltes - ESU; Sean McCartney - WCU) and 17 in the country with 21 or more TD passes, and his ratio of 21 TDs to four interceptions leads the PSAC. In his first career start, Barton set the school-record with 64 pass attempts vs. Slippery Rock. The previous record of 63 attempts was held by Kevin Morton from 2012 against Shippensburg.

SENSATIONAL SOPHOMORE: In his second year at KU, WR Kellen Williams (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg) has 72 catches for 962 yards and 11 touchdowns. He ranks 17th in school history in career TD catches, and is 38 yards shy of being the 16th player in school history with 1,000 career receiving yards. He hauled in a 78-yard catch-and-run touchdown at Gannon to mark Kutztown's longest play from scrimmage since 2009. It highlighted a career-high 138-yard performance for Williams.

100-CATCH CLUB: Kodi Reed (Hanover, Pa./Delone Catholic) ranks ninth in school history with 118 career catches, and is one of 12 players in school history with 100 career catches. Brett Fox (Laureldale, Pa./Muhlenburg) has 98 catches as both players are chasing KU Hall of Famer Mark Steinmeyer's school-record 200 from 1988-91.

MULTIPLE PICKOFFS: Drake Brumfield (Marietta, Pa./Donegal) leads the team with three interceptions and is one of 12 players in the PSAC with three or more this season. Brumfield and Tyler Pratt (Northumberland, Pa./Shikellamy) (2) both have multiple INTs this year and are two of 28 players in the PSAC with multiple interceptions.

STRETCHING THE FIELD: Kutztown has had 33 offensive plays this season go for 20 or more yards, 24 of which have been through the air. WR Anthony Kelly (Pottsville, Pa./Pottsville Area) has a team-leading eight 'big plays', five of which went for touchdowns. On the ground, Darrell Scott (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone), James Wah Jr. (Whitehall, Pa./Whitehall) and Terry Williams (West Orange, N.J./Cosby (Phoenix College)) each have three rushes this season for 20 or more yards.
