Also finding the back of the net for the Golden Bears (1-5 overall, 0-2 PSAC East) were Gina Carmina, Jen Dunne and Katie Feairheller. Kutztown scored five of its goals in the second half and fired 10 shots in the second half. Carmina and Leann Pica each recorded an assist for the Golden Bears. Savini also caused a pair of turnovers for Kutztown.

Karly Waltman made five saves for Kutztown. Savini, Dunne and Carmina led the Golden Bears with three shots each. Samantha Crist and Pica led Kutztown with three ground balls each.

Kutztown returns to action Thursday afternoon when it hosts Shippensburg in a PSAC East contest at Keystone Field starting at 4 p.m.
