Reimer set a school record and provisionally qualified for the NCAA Division II national championships on the first day at the Bison Outdoor Classic at Christy Mathewson-Memorial Stadium. Reimer finished second in the 5,000-meter run in 16:48.66. That effort took down Michele Pingar's 27-year old mark of 17:03.4. For Reimer, it was her second record of the outdoor season as she set the 3,000-meter standard at the Fred Hardy Invitational in Richmond.
