Rachel Hunte and Katie Colburn were part of both the distance medley relay (DMR) and the 4x400 relay teams that set school records this past weekend at the 2011 Boston University Valentine Invitational. Along with Hunte and Colburn, Keri Brown and Cristina Reimer set the DMR school record of 11 minutes, 51.55 seconds and finished fifth overall in their heat. In the 4x400 relay, the team of Hunte, Colburn, Tori Spence and Brooke Mathews not only set a school record of 3 minutes, 55.28 seconds, but provisionally qualified for the NCAA Division II indoor championships next month in Albuquerque (N.M.).
