Julius Gray helped the Golden Bears begin the PSAC East with a pair of wins over Shippensburg (84-75) amd Bloomsburg (89-80). He averaged 19.5 points per game. Gray scored 13 points against Shippensburg. He was one of six KU players to score double digits against the Red Raiders. Gray concluded the week by erupting for a career-high 26 points against Bloomsburg. He was 10-for-16 from the field, 4-for-8 from 3-point distance and 2-for-2 from the foul line. He had four rebounds and four assists against the Huskies.
