Sophomore Chelsea Davis was named PSAC Athlete of the Week on 3/24. Davis went undefeated with her 4-0 mark in singles and 3-0 in doubles action. Three of her four singles win were at the No. 4 flight, with the spring break finale at No. 2. She competed at No. 2 doubles in each of her three matches. Diving into her singles action, she extended her season-long winning streak to five to post a team-leading eight wins for KU. Each of her four wins last week came in straight sets, as she allowed four points against her in one set, but not more than two points in every other set. In doubles play, Davis teamed with her season-long partner, Alyssa Konas, to post a perfect 3-0 week. Their first two wins came by 8-0 decisions, and the third win came by a 8-6 final. The duo has won a team-leading seven matches in doubles play this year.
