2018 (OUTDOOR): D2ADA Academic Achievement Award...PSAC Scholar-Athlete...Placed eighth in the shot put in her final PSAC Championship (5/4)...Won the shot put at Shippensburg's Paul Kaiser Classic (4/28)...Finished 29th in the shot put at Penn Relays (4/26)...Won the shot put at Moravian's Greyhound Invitational (4/21)...Finished in the top-10 in the shot put with a new PSAC mark of 41-07.75 at the Colonial Relays (4/7)...Won the shot put at 39-9.75 in a Quad Meet at West Chester (3/31)...Opened the outdoor season with a PSAC mark of 40-1.50 in the shot put at the 49er Classic (3/17).
2017-18 (INDOOR): Fifth place in the shot put at the PSAC Championships (2/25)...Season-best 43-5.25 to win the shot put at KU's Last Chance Invite (2/16)...Fourth place in the shot put at the Bison Open (1/27)...Second in the shot put at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/12).
2017 (OUTDOOR): PSAC Scholar-Athlete, D2ADA Academic Achievement Award and USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Named All-Atlantic Region in the shot put (5/16)...At the PSAC Championships, she finished a career-best fourth in the shot put and 15th in the discus. Her shot put distance was 45-9.75 - an NCAA Provisional that ranked her third in school history (5/5). Competed in her first Penn Relays in the shot put (4/27).
2016-17 (INDOOR): Finished in sixth place in the shot put at the PSAC Indoor Championships (2/25)...Tied her career-best in the shot put (45-1.50) at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational (2/11)...Won the shot put at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/13).
2016 (OUTDOOR): USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...PSAC Scholar-Athlete & D2ADA Academic Achievement Award...Finished fifth in the shot put (13.07m) and 14th in the discus throw (34.06m) at the PSAC Outdoor Championships...Recorded a first-place finish in the shot put at the Rider Invitational (4/10)...Tallied two victories in the shot put and discus at the Bloomsburg Tri-Meet (4/02)...Finished first in the shot put and the discus at the Golden Ram Invitational (3/26)...Posted a PSAC mark in the shot put (42-10.25) at the 49er Classic (3/19).
2015-16 (INDOOR): Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team (3/1)...Threw 40-2.25 in the weight throw and finished sixth in the shot put at the PSAC Indoor Championships (2/27-28)...Tallied a 10th-place finish in the weight throw (12.80m) at the Bison Open (1/30)...Won the shot put with an NCAA provisional throw of 13.37m at the Golden Bear Invitational, fourth all-time in KU history (1/16)...Posted a PSAC mark in the shot put (39-11.25) at the Bison Opener (12/5).
2015 (OUTDOOR): Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (7/6)…Named USTFCCCA All-Region (5/12)...Placed fifth in the shot put and 12th in the discus at the PSAC Championships (5/2)...Tallied a season-best in the discus throw (121-11) at the Paul Kaiser Classic (4/25)...Recorded a season-best in the shot put (43-7), which was good for fifth all-time in KU history at the Greyhound Invitational (4/19)...Finished in second place in the shot put with a mark of 41-08 at the Rider Invitational (4/11)...Recorded a season-best in the hammer throw (106-3) at the
ESU/Bloomsburg Tri-Meet (4/4)...Posted a PSAC mark in the shot put (41-6), which was good for eighth in KU history at the William & Mary Tribe Invitational (3/21).
2014-15 (INDOOR): Recorded a season-best in the shot put (40-6.75) at the PSAC Indoor Championships (3/1)...Posted a season-best in the weight throw (40-4.25) at the Last Chance Invitational (2/21)...Recorded a career-best in the shot-put (40-4), which was good for 10th all-time in KU history at the DeSchriver Invitational (2/7)...Posted a PSAC mark in the shot put (38-0.25) at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23)...Had a PSAC-qualifying throw (39-02.25) in the shot put at the Bucknell University Bison Opener (12/6).
