2018-19: Won the 50-Free and joined her three classmates as a part of the winning 200-Medley Relay team in the meet win over Cedar Crest on senior day (12/1)...Earned new PSAC-Qualifying marks and season-best times in the 100- and 500-Free on day three of the F&M Invitational (11/18)...Posted a new PSAC mark and anchored the 200-Free Relay team that swam a time of 1:39.64, ninth all-time in KU history, on day one of the F&M Invitational (11/16)...Placed first in both the 50-Free and as a member of the 200-Medley Relay team in the meet win over Juniata (11/10)...Finished first in the 500-Free in the Lock Haven win (10/27).
2017-18: D2ADA Academic Achievement Award...PSAC Scholar-Athlete...At the PSAC Championships, she finished a career-best 30th in the 100-free, 35th in the 50-free and 37th in the 200-free. In the lead leg of the 400-free relay that ranked sixth in school history, Parowski swam a career-best 54.20 for ninth in school history. She swam in the 800-free relay that finished seventh and ranked eighth at KU in 7:56.73, and the 200-free relay that finished in 1:39.55, eighth in school history and KU's best mark since 2012 (2/24)...Ended the regular season with PSAC-qualifying marks in the 50-, 100-, 200- and 500-free...Second place in the 100-back at the ESU Invitational (2/3)...Won the 50- and 100-free at Lock Haven (1/13)...Finished third in the 75-free in Florida (1/6)...Posted a PSAC mark in the 500-free (5:27.07) at the F&M Invitational (11/19).
2016-17: PSAC Scholar-Athlete and D2ADA Academic Achievement Award...Won the 50-free at Millersville in 26.21 (1/21)...Won three events - two individual - in home win over Lock Haven (1/14)...Picked up victories in the 50-free and the 200-medley relay in a win over Cedar Crest (12/10)...Recorded victories in the 50- and 200-free in a win over Juniata (11/12)...Posted a PSAC mark in the opening leg of the 200-free relay (10/22).
2015-16: PSAC Scholar-Athlete (6/29)...Won the 1000-free and was the on the winning 200-free relay team in a win over Lock Haven (1/16)...Swam a season-best 5:19.89 in the 500-free. The performance moved her into 10th all-time in KU history and recorded a season-best in the 200-free and moved into ninth all-time in the 50-free Swim-Off (25.16) at the F&M Invite (11/20-22)...Came in second place in the 200-free in a victory over Juniata (11/14)...Finished second in the 200-free with a time of 2:03.96 in a PSAC tri-meet (11/7)...Finished second in the 200-free with a time of 2:04.06 in a dual meet against ESU and Misericordia (10/24).
