2017-18: At the PSAC Championships, she swam a season-best 5:21.97 in the 500-free, 11:08.43 in the 1000-free, and 18:39.37 in the 1650-free. Her 1650 performance earned her 19th place for the second straight year. She also competed in the 100-breast for the first time at PSACs. She closes her career ranked eighth in school history in the 1000-free in 10:59.86 (2/24)...Ended the regular season with PSAC-qualifying marks in the 100-breast and the 500- and 1650-free...Third in the 200-breast at the ESU Invitational (2/3)...Posted a PSAC mark in the 500-free (5:26.80) at the F&M invitational (11/19).

2016-17: Notched a career-best in the 500-free (5:20.21) and the 1000-free (10:59.86) which was good for seventh in program history at the PSAC Championships (2/16)...Posted a new PSAC mark in the 1650-free with a time of 18:48.13 against LIU Post (1/28)...Louden won the 500-free at Millersville in 5:29.75 and finished second in the 200-free in 2:05.61 (1/21)...Posted a career-best in the 100-breast (1:11.28) at the F&M Invite (11/18-20)...Recorded a career-best in the 1000-free of 11:43.96 in a tri-meet against East Stroudsburg and Misericordia (10/22).

2015-16: Tallied a career-best in the 50-free (26.34) at the PSAC Championships (2/18-21)...Recorded a season-best in the 200-free (2:00.90) and the 500-free (5:23.28) at the ESU Invite (2/6)...Was part of the winning 400-free relay against Millersville and LIU Post (1/30)...Won the 500-free with a time of 5:35.11 in a win over Lock Haven (1/16).

2014-15: Posted a PSAC mark in the 200-IM (2:26.73) in a win over Millersville (1/24)...Won the 200-free in a victory over Lock Haven (1/17)...Recorded a season-best time of 5:36.68 in the 500-free and a season-best in the 100-breast with a time of 1:12.31 at the Franklin and Marshall Invite (11/23)...Had a season-best time of 2:05.90 in the 200-free at the Franklin and Marshall Invite (11/22) ...Posted season-best times in the 200- and 500-free, as well as the 100-breast at the Franklin & Marshall Invite (11/21).
