2015 (Game-by-Game): PSAC Scholar-Athlete & D2ADA Academic Achievement Award...In her second season as a Golden Bear, she appeared in two games.

2014 (Game-by-Game): Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (7/6)…Nowlan participated in five games and started two of them in her freshman season.

Hammonton High School: Nowlan was her team's varsity captain and started all four years. She was part of the South Jersey Soccer Coaches Association All-South Jersey Second Team, a three-year member of the Atlantic City Press All-Star Team, and a four time All-Cape Atlantic Conference Team member. Nowlan also helped lead her team to the ASL League championship, which they came away victorious. Off the field, Nowlan received Hammonton High School Student of the Month honors, the Citizenship Award, was her class treasurer, and part of the Student Council Executive Committee.
