Dean's List Honors (Fall 2016)
2016 (Game-by-Game): Started in six of her nine appearances for KU in her freshman campaign. She scored three goals during the season and had back-to-back games with a goal in wins over Lock Haven on Sep. 7 and Seton Hill on Sep. 10...Punched in a goal in a win over Edinboro (9/17)...Notched her second goal in as many games in a win over Seton Hill (9/10)...Recorded her first colliegate goal in a win over Lock Haven (9/7).
Toms River South: McLelland was a four-year varsity letter-winner at Toms River High School South, the alma mater of Coach Burstein. She led her team to three Class A South Championships and two South Jersey Group 3 state championships. She was a two-time TRS Defender of the Year who also earned first team all-county honors. She was a four-year high honor roll student who intends to major in business administration at KU.
From the Coach: "I'm certainly happy to have recruited someone from my hometown. Madison can play in the midfield very well, but also in a wide area. We might feature her as an outside back in the near future. She is fit, fast, athletic and a hard-working individual."
