Biography
2012-13 (Game-by-Game): Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (6/26).
2011-12 (Game-by-Game): Hodgson appeared in 28 games and started in 24 as a sophomore. She was second on the team in scoring with 10.9 points/game. Hodgson shot 85.5 percent from the free throw line, which was second in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). She scored in double figures 16 times this season. Hodgson also recorded three double-doubles. She scored a career-high 24 points over Gannon on Nov. 20. Hodgson was second on the team in rebounds (156).
2010-11 (Game-by-Game): Saw action in 26 games. She averaged 3.5 points and 2.2 rebounds per game. Hodgson scored in double figures three times. Hodgson had 10 points, seven rebounds on 4-of-6 shooting in 16 minutes against Washington Adventist on Dec. 9. She scored a career-high 13 points and had five rebounds on 5-of-9 shooting in 20 minutes against Mercyhurst on Jan. 3. She had 12 points on 5-of-6 shooting in 13 minutes against Shippensburg on Jan. 12. Hodgson had five or more rebounds in five games. She had seven rebounds against Cheyney (Feb. 16).
High School: Hodgson was selected to the 2009-10 Atlantic City Press first team, all-state Ocean County first team and selected to the Coaches All-Division Class A South team. She was a 2010 McDonalds All-American nominee. She helped Southern Regional advance to the South Jersey IV championship in two consecutive years. In 2008-09, Hodgson was selected to the Southern Ocean County all-star team and Shore Conference all-division Class A south first team. While playing volleyball, Hodgson helped Southern Region win the Group IV state championship and she was a third team all-state selection. A member of the World Language National Honor Society and honor roll, Hodgson plans to major in special education.
