2024 CROSS COUNTRY | GRADUATE STUDENT
- Competed in six cross country races in the 2024 season
- Opened the season with a 21st place finish at the West Liberty Invitational, running a time of 20:30.1
- Turned in a 34th place, 23:42.7 6000-meter time at the PSAC Championships
- Concluded the season with a 22:44.4 run at the NCAA DII Atlantic Region Championships in November
2024 OUTDOOR | SENIOR
- Finished first in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 39:22.02 at the Toms Alumni Invitational, her only outing of the outdoor season
2023-24 INDOOR | SENIOR
- Raced in five meets during the winter indoor season
- Set a mark of 10:50.96 in the 3000 at the Bison Opener, giving her a sixth-place finish in the first track meet of the season
- Finished third in the 5000-meter run, recording a time of 18:42.88 at the Bison Open and Multi
- Recorded a PR in the 3000-meter run, as her 10:27.07 finished 12th overall and led all Division II athletes at the Fastrack National Invite, Feb. 9
- Closed out the fall season with top ten finishes in the 3000 (10:27.83, eighth) and DMR (12:37.52) at the PSAC Indoor Championships
2023 CROSS COUNTRY | SENIOR
- Completed six meets for the Golden Bears
- Opened the season with a 4th place finish at the Adelphi Panthers XC Invite, Sep. 1
- Ran a pair of 10th place finishes at the Kutztown DII/DIII Challenge (25:01.7) and the Bloomsburg Invitational (24:01.5)
- Capped off the season with a PR at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Championships with a time of 22:41.2, Nov. 4
2023 OUTDOOR | JUNIOR
- Set marks at five different meets in the outdoor season
- Finished third with a time of 38:58.66 in the 10,000 at the Colonial Relays, March 30
- Came away with a PR in the 5000-meter run, posting a time of 18:00.23 at the Bison Outdoor Classic
- Ran a 10:35.97 run in the 3000 at the Paul Kaiser Classic, second-best among all runners, April 29
- Turned in strong times in both the 5000 (18:29.00) and 10,000 (38:21.28) at the PSAC Championships, with the latter time being a personal best

- Competed in four competitions for KU
- Finished fourth in the 5000 with a time of 18:55.41 at the Bison Open and Multi, Jan. 27
- Tallied a season-best 10:32.96 in the 3000 at the Fasttrack National Invitational to close out the regular season, Feb. 10
- Posted top-15 times in the 3000 and 5000 at the PSAC Championships
2022 CROSS COUNTRY | JUNIOR
- Ran in seven meets for the Golden Bears
- Opened the season with an eighth-place finish at the Salisbury University Fall Classic, running a time of 23:08.0, Sep. 3
- Clocked a 23:32.4 time in the 6k race at the LVC Last Chance Run Fast Meet, earning a sixth-place finish in the last regular season meet
- The time of 23:55.0 at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Championships was faster than a third of the 160-person field, Nov. 19
2022 OUTDOOR | SOPHOMORE
- Competed in four different events at five meets in the outdoor season
- Ran personal bests in both the 800 (2:36.94) and 1500 (5:12.60) at the WCU Quad+ Invitational, March 26
- Earned a runner-up finish in the 5000-meter race at the 39th Millersville Metrics Meet after posting a time of 18:54.29
- Claimed the top spot in the 10,000 with a time of 39:57.82 at the Paul Kaiser Classic, April 30
- Concluded the season with top-10 finishes in the 5000 (18:27.04, seventh) and 10,000 (40:02.84, sixth) races at the PSAC Championships
2021-22 INDOOR | SOPHOMORE
- Finished tenth overall in her only competition of the indoor season, posting a time of 11:23.83 in the 3000 at the 2022 Spartan Invite, Jan. 14
2021 CROSS COUNTRY | SOPHOMORE
- Competed in five meets in the fall season, two of which were postseason runs
- Posted her best finish at the DeSales Cross Country Invitational, finishing sixth with a time of 23:31.1, Oct. 9
- Crossed the line at the PSAC Championships with a time of 24:12.9, among the top times in her class
- Capped off the fall with a 23:03.0 run at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Championships, placing in the top third of the field
