2010:
Frederick competed in three events. Her top performance came at the Maroon-and-Gold Invitational where she finished eighth overall (28:06). She also competed at the DeSales Invitational (27:51.74) and the Kutztown Division II Challenge (28:12).
2009: Ran her fastest time of the year at the Iona Meet of Champions (28:16.65). Also, Frederick finished eighth at the Maroon-and-Gold Invitational (29:12.43) to help KU win the meet.
Top Performances 2008: XC:ESU (23:35, 36th place), Lafayette Invitational (27:08, 67th place)
