He also finished 22nd in the 200m and ran on the ninth-place 4x400m relay team (5/5)...Posted a career-best time of 48.90 in the 400m in a fourth-place run at the Paul Kaiser Classic (4/29)...Ran at the Penn Relays in the 4x400m relay (4/28)...Posted a career-best in the 200m (22.01) in a tri-meet against Bloomsburg and ESU (4/1).
2016-17: (INDOOR) Notched the 10th-fastest time in school history in the 400m (49.61) and the ninth-fastest in the 200m (22.50) at the PSAC Championships (2/25)...Recorded a career-best time in the 400m (49.90) at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/20)...Second place in the 500m in career-best 1:10.55 at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/13).
2016: (OUTDOOR) Was part of a fourth-place finish in the 4x400m with a season-best time of 3:16.69 and finished ninth in the 400m prelims and 16th in the 200m prelims at the 2016 PSAC Outdoor Championships...Finished seventh in the 400m dash at the Paul Kaiser Classic with an existing PSAC time of 50.38 seconds (4/30)...Recorded a PSAC mark in the 400m (49.87) at the Greyhound Invitational (4/16).
2015-16: (INDOOR) Ran 51.71 in the 400m prelims at the PSAC Championships for 14th place, and earned All-PSAC honors as part of the third-place 4x400m relay team (2/27-28)...Recorded a career-best in the 400m (50.82) at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/22)...Posted a PSAC mark in the 400m (51.53) at the Bison Opener (12/5).
2015: (OUTDOOR) Finished 13th in the 400m dash at the PSAC Championships, and fourth as part of the 4x400m relay team that finished in a season-best 3:18.77 (5/2)…Recorded a career-best in the 400m (49.59) at the Greyhound Invitational (4/19)...Finished third overall in the 400m dash with a then-season-best time of 51.08 at the Rider Invitational (4/11).

2014: (OUTDOOR) Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (7/3)...Finished 12th in the 400m, and competed as the final leg of the 4x400 team that finished sixth in a season-best time (3:19.51) at the PSAC Championships (5/2)...Finished the 800m dash with a season-best time of 2:02.78 at the Rider Invitational (4/12)...Finished 12th in the 200m dash with a time of 22.89 seconds and placed fourth in the 400m dash with a PSAC-qualifying time of 50.14 seconds at the Muhlenberg Invitational (4/5).
2013-14: (INDOOR) Finished the 400m dash with a career-best and PSAC-qualifying time of 51.42 seconds at the David Hemery Valentine's Day Invitational (2/8)...Finished third in the 500m dash with a time of 1:11.77 at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/17).
