Biography

2010 Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 110-meter hurdles (15.20) at the PSAC Championships. His best efforts this season in the 100-meter dash was 11.87 at the Washington & Lee Invitational, 15.04 in the 110-meter hurdles at the East Stroudsburg All-American Invitational and 58.89 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Coastal Carolina Invitational. Longmore won the 110-meter hurdles at the East Stroudsburg Invitational and he was third in the same event at the Princeton Sam Howell Meet.
