Biography
2010 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 110-meter hurdles (15.16) at the PSAC Championships. Harvey was second in the 110-meter hurdles at the East Stroudsburg All-American Invitational. He ran a season best time of 15.07 in the 110-meter hurdles at the Princeton Elite Meet. He also ran 55.57 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles at the PSAC Championships. Harvey was third in the 110-meter hurdles at the Shippensburg Paul Kaiser Invitational and fourth at the Princeton Sam Howell Invitational.
