2013: Named to the USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region team in the hammer throw (5/21)...Finished sixth in the finals of the discus throw at the PSAC Championships with his mark of 139-08 (42.58m) (5/11)...Tossed a career-best mark in the shot put finals to finish fourth overall at the PSAC Championships. He tossed 51-6.25 for fourth on Kutztown's all-time list (5/10)...Finished fourth overall in the discus with a throw of 43.89m and finished second overall in the hammer throw with a mark of 52.83m at the West Chester Collegiate Invitational (4/13)...Won the shot put with a toss of 15.09m and finished second overall in the discus with a throw of 43.97m at the Muhlenberg Invitational (4/6)...Finished sixth in the discus with a PSAC qualifying throw of 45.00m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/30)...Won the hammer throw with a PSAC qualifying mark of 54.51m and placed fifth in the shot put with a toss of 15.03m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/29)...Finished third overall in the shot put with a toss of 14.54m and placed second overall in the discus throw with a distance of 46.61m at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Invitational (3/16).

2010 Outdoor: Finished ninth in the shot put (45-01.00) at the PSAC Championships. Stramara achieved all of his season-high marks after finishing third in the discus (135-7), fourth in the shot put (45-7) and fifth in the hammer throw (132-3) at the Kutztown Last Chance Meet. He finished sixth in the hammer throw at the East Stroudsburg All-American Invite.
