2019 (OUTDOOR): Broke the school record in the Discus for the second day in a row with a throw of 183-4 at the Paul Kaiser Classic (4/27)...Posted an NCAA Provisional and set a new school record in the Discus with a throw of 182-3 at the Penn Relays (4/26)...Threw for a personal best 180-0 in the Discus at the Bison Classic (4/13).
2018 (OUTDOOR): PSAC Outdoor Freshman of the Year...KU Male Freshman of the Year...PSAC Scholar-Athlete...Became an All-American with a 10th-place finish at nationals in North Carolina. He threw for a mark of 168-11 on his first throw, for All-America Second Team honors (5/25)...Named to the USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region Team in the discus...Competed at the USA Junior Nationals in Indiana, finishing ninth (6/18)...Third place in the discus for All-PSAC honors and six team points at the PSAC Championships (5/5)...Second place in the discus at Shippensburg's Paul Kaiser Classic (4/28)...10th place at Penn Relays in the discus (4/27)...Won the discus throw at Moravian's Greyhound Invitational (4/21)...Broke his previous school-record in the discus, posting an NCAA Provisional mark of 53.05m (174-0) at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14)...Finished in third place with a PSAC mark of 159-6 in the discus at the Colonial Relays (4/7)...Won the discus at a Quad Meet at West Chester with a mark of 161-8 (3/31)...Opened the outdoor season by breaking the school-record in the discus at the 49er Classic. His best mark was measured at 51.00m, 167-4, breaking Jason Rebuck's previous record of 163-11 from 2009. It was a PSAC-qualifying mark, as well as an NCAA Provisional mark for the freshman. Hoffman finished second in the event (3/17).
