2018-19 (INDOOR): Ran as part of fifth-place medley relay team that earned four points at the PSAC Championships (2/23). Posted a PR of 2:38.50 in the 1000m at the Bison Open (1/26)...Earned a PSAC-time of 2:01.01 in the 800m at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/18)...Placed second in the mile at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/11)...Ran a personal-best time of 2:39.06 in the 1000m at the Fast Times Before Finals meet at Lehigh University (12/8).
2018 (OUTDOOR): PSAC Scholar-Athlete...Ran as part of the fifth-place 4x800m relay team that earned four team points at the PSAC Championships (5/5)...Broke the school-record as the second runner of the 4x800m relay team at Penn Relays, finishing in 7:42.76 (4/28)...Second place in the 800m at a Quad Meet at West Chester (3/31).
2017-18 (INDOOR): Won a PSAC Championship in the 4x800m relay in 7:50.14, third in school history, and ran as part of the eighth-place DMR at the PSAC Championships (2/24)...Won his heat in the mile at Susquehanna, finishing ninth overall in 4:35.46 (2/3)...Finished second in the 800m at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/12).
2017 (OUTDOOR): PSAC Scholar-Athlete (7/13)...Finished 16th in the 800m (1:57.73), and ran as part of the third-place 4x800m relay team at the PSAC Outdoor Championships (5/5)...Ran a career-best 1:56.39 in the 800m at the Paul Kaiser Classic (4/29).
2016-17 (INDOOR): Was part of the seventh-fastest DMR in school history (10:24.84) in a fifth-place finish at the PSAC Indoor Championships (2/26).
2016 (OUTDOOR): PSAC Scholar-Athlete (6/29)...Finished 18th in the 800m at the PSAC Outdoor Championships...Finished 17th in the 800m run at the Paul Kaiser Classic with a season-best and new PSAC mark of 1:57.09. Was a part of KU's winning 4x800m relay team with a time of 8:01.51 (4/30).
2015-16 (INDOOR): Ran 1:58.77 in the 800m at the PSAC Championships (2/27-28)...Ran the opening leg for the DMR that finished in the fifth-fastest time in KU history at the PSAC Championships (2/27-28)...Recorded a season-best in the 1000m (2:40.20) at the DeSchriver Invitational (2/6).
