- Ran in five races for the Maroon and Gold in his junior season
- Secured three top 35 finishes at the West Liberty Invitational (20:35.1, 35th) and the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational (13:06.9, 34th)
- Capped off his season with a sub-30 minute time at the PSAC Cross Country Championships
2024 OUTDOOR | SOPHOMORE
- Set marks in four meets for the Golden Bears
- Finished in the top 10 in both regular season 3000-meter steeplechase competitions (10:14.22 – eighth at Millersville Metrics; 10:09.32 – sixth at Coach P Invite)
- Ran an eighth place 3000-meter run (9:23.62) at the Paul Kaiser Classic, April 27
- Concluded the season with a 10:12.55 mark in the 3000 steeplechase at the PSAC Championships

- Set marks in six meets for KU
- Opened the spring with a PR and eighth place finish in the 1500 with a mark of 4:08.12 at the Millersville Metrics meet
- Recorded two more PRs in the 800 (2:06.67) and 3000 (8:56.43) over the next two weeks
- Took the top spot in the 3000 steeplechase at the Paul Kaiser Classic with a PR of 9:48.71, April 29
- Finished the season with a 10:01.08 time in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the PSAC Championships, sixth best in the conference

- Raced in four meets for the Golden Bears
- Posted a 9:04.38 time in the 3000 at the Fasttrack National Invitational, Feb. 10
- Finished the season with a PR in the mile run, setting a mark of 4:32.22 to claim first place at the Kutztown Last Chance meet, Feb. 17

- Competed in five fall meets including two postseason meets for KU
- Placed first at the LVC Last Chance Run Fast, running a PR of 25:51.7, Oct. 21
