Phoenixville Area: Kelly finished his career as the second-leading scorer in Phoenixville history, scoring 1,310 points. He was the leading scorer in Southeastern Pa. his senior year at 24.8 points-per-game, earning him two All-Area Mercury Player of the Year awards. He was his team's MVP and team captain, and led Phoenixville to a 23-3 conference record in his final two seasons.
