Jeremy Bours Jr. is in his first season as the safeties coach with Kutztown University in 2026.
Bours joins the Golden Bears after spending the 2025 season as the defensive backs coach and academic coordinator at Division III Wilkes University, where he coached three All-Landmark Conference selections.
Bours was a five-year starter on special teams and three-year starter on offense at Lebanon Valley College. He was a two-time All-Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) punter, earning First Team honors in 2023 and Second Team accolades in 2024. Bours also spent time at quarterback and wide receiver for the Flying Dutchmen. During his final season with LVC, Bours caught seven passes for 56 yards and two touchdowns. He punted 112 times for 3,970 yards (35.4 average) in his 31-game career, placing 28 inside the opponent's 20-yard line and totaling eight punts of 50 yards or more.
Bours was named MAC Player of the Week six times and D3football.com Team of the Week three times. He was also a three-year MAC Academic Honor Roll student-athlete, two-time College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District selection and 2024 Academic All-MAC pick during his career.
Bours served as a volunteer coach at his alma mater Annville-Cleona High School during his collegiate playing career, coaching quarterbacks, wide receivers, and defensive backs.
Bours is 2024 graduate of Lebanon Valley with a double major in actuarial science and economics.
