Fred Endy

Fred Endy completed his sixth season with the Kutztown University Football program in 2011.

Endy, who now coaches the tight ends after previously coaching running backs, came to Kutztown from Boyertown High School, where he served as the director of athletics for 19 years. He also spent four years as the school’s head football coach (1998-2001), compiling a 23-25 record. Prior to Boyertown, Endy was head coach at Kutztown High School (1974-81) and coached offensive backs at KU in 1982. He also had assistant coaching stints at Daniel Boone, Schuylkill Valley and Boyertown high schools. Endy served as a social studies teacher at Daniel Boone, Kutztown and Boyertown high schools. A 1971 Kutztown State College graduate, Endy was a kicker on the Golden Bear football team. He also earned his master’s degree from KU.
