2017 (Game-by-Game): PSAC Scholar-Athlete and D2ADA Academic Achievement Award...Rottet led KU in nearly every offensive category in 2017 as he was the only Golden Bear to appear in all 47 games, making 46 starts in his sophomore campaign. He was atop the team with a .342 batting average, 33 runs, 55 hits, 11 doubles, four triples, 77 total bases and a .478 slugging percentage. He also led the team with a .422 on-base percentage as he drew a team-high 18 walks and was hit by a team-high six pitches. He stole a team-best nine bases and was second on the team with 25 RBI. His four triples were tied for the PSAC lead. He recorded six three-hit games and 18 multi-hit games....Knocked in a run against Chestnut Hill (5/3)...Hit the game-winning single in a victory over Mansfield (4/22)...Tallied two RBI while going 3-for-3 in a victory over LeMoyne (4/17)...Scored the game-winning run in a victory over Millersville (3/25)...Went 3-for-5 vs Clarion, including tying the game with a one-out triple in the seventh before capping the eight-run inning with a two-run double in his second at-bat of the frame...Only Golden Bear to score a run in both games of a doubleheader vs. West Virginia State and Clarion (3/11)...Drove in a run in a win over Slippery Rock (3/4)...Posted three RBI in a victory over Bloomsburg (2/25)...Notched a three-run home run against Bloomsburg (2/25)...Recorded two RBI on three hits including a triple in a win over IUP (2/23).
2016 (Game-by-Game): PSAC Scholar-Athlete (6/29)...Rottet started in 49 of his 51 games played for the Golden Bears during his freshman season. He was third on the team with 33 hits, and batted .243 with one home run, 18 RBI (fourth on KU), 20 runs scored (second), and four stolen bases (third). Rottet also finished fifth on the team with an on-base percentage of .344 and led KU in hit-by-pitches with 11. On the mound, he went 1-2 over four appearances (all starts) with 12 strikeouts in 15.1 innings pitched. In the field, Rottet led KU with 97 assists...Batted 1-for-2 with a walk and a RBI against Millersville (4/30)...Went 1-for-3 with a run scored and a RBI against Philadelphia U. (4/18)...Finished 1-for-2 with two RBI, one run scored and three walks against Shippensburg (4/15)...Went 3-for-6 and scored three runs in a doubleheader against ESU (3/26)...Finished 3-for-3 against Lock Haven (3/12)...Hit his first home run of the season, a two-run shot vs. Lock Haven (3/11)...Went 2-for-5 with a run scored against Clarion (3/4)...
Batted .600 (6-for-10) with five RBI and three runs scored during the Builder Invitational, highlighted by two strong performances against the College of St. Joseph (2-for-2, three RBI on 2/27) and IUP (3-for-3, two RBI on 2/25)...Picked up his first win of the season, throwing five scoreless innings with five strikeouts against Apprentice School (2/26)...Went a combined 2-for-5 with an RBI in a doubleheader against Mars Hill (2/7).
