Career Statisics

2010: The senior first baseman posted career-highs in hits (68), doubles (15), home runs (5), batting average (.389), runs scored (45) and RBIs (47). He had 21 multi-hit games, including seven with at least three hits and had at least two RBIs 12 times. He led Kutztown with eight three-hit games. Frey earned PSAC East Player of the Week honors on March 16 after helping the Golden Bears complete a 5-2 road trip to North Carolina. Frey went 7-for-14, with seven runs knocked in and two home runs during the road trip. Honors: PSAC East first team, CoSIDA College Division Academic-All-District II second team selection, NCBWA Atlantic Region honorable mention.

2009: Frey batted .222 (35-for-158), playing in 50 games and starting in 49. He had 10 doubles, two home runs, 22 runs scored and a team-best 37 RBIs. Honors:2008-09 PSAC Scholar Athlete, Fall 2008 Dean's List

2008: Frey moved into a full-time role at first base for the Golden Bears, starting in 39 games and playing in 45. He batted .246 (35-for-142) with 15 doubles, 22 RBIs and 13 runs scored. Honors: 2007-08 PSAC Scholar Athlete, Fall 2007 Dean's List, Spring 2008 Dean's List

2007: Frey batted .310 (13-for-42), playing in 33 games and starting in 10. He had three doubles, seven RBIs and seven runs scored. With five walks, his on-base percentage was .400. Honors: 2006-07 PSAC Scholar Athlete, Fall 2006 Dean's List
