 Career Highlights: McMonigle was a four year member of the Golden Bears. He had 99 career tackles, including 13 for a loss and five total sacks. He also had three fumble recoveries.
 
 2011 Highlights: McMonigle played in all 13 games in his senior season. He had 43 tackles with 5.5 tackles for a loss and three sacks.  He had a season-best seven stops against Millersville on Oct. 15. He also had two pass breakups on the defensive line along with a forced fumble and fumble recovery.  The Golden Bears won a school-record 11 games in 2011 and won their first PSAC Championship. Kutztown was the No. 3 seed in the NCAA Division II Super Region One playoffs and advanced to the second round.
 
 2010 Highlights: Started every game and was seventh on the team with 48 tackles. Seven of his tackles were for losses. He forced fumbles against Cheyney and Bloomsburg. McMonigle recovered fumbles against East Stroudsburg and West Chester. He had three quarterback hurries. McMonigle had a season high seven tackles each against Bloomsburg and Gannon. He had a sack and a quarterback hurry against Shippensburg. The Golden Bears set school records for wins in a season (10), PSAC East wins (six), points scored (466), and most consecutive wins to begin the season (nine). Kutztown was the No. 1 seed in the NCAA Division II Super One Regional playoffs.
 
 2009 Highlights: Saw playing time in seven games at defensive end during his sophomore season. McMonigle finished with five tackles, including a season high two against Clarion.
 
 2008 Highlights: McMonigle saw playing time in seven games his freshman year for the Golden Bears, he recorded three tackles.
 
 High School Highlights: McMonigle was named a first team All-Catholic League and All-Delco player. He was the team's MVP and the defensive MVP of the Delco Hero Bowl. He also was second team All-City.
