- Competed in four meets in the fall season for KU
- Set an 18th place mark at the Bloomsburg Invitational, finishing with a time of 24:29.2, Oct. 7
- Concluded the season with a top-50 run and PR of 22:43.7 at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Championships, Nov. 4
2023 OUTDOOR | JUNIOR
- Set marks at six meets in the spring season
- Turned in a PR in the 800m race with a time of 2:23.01 at the Colonial Relays
- Finished seventh in the 4x400m Relay (4:15.47) at the Lehigh Games
- Recorded a third-place time in the 3000m steeplechase at the Paul Kaiser Classic, turning in a time of 11:37.86, April 29
- Closed the season out with a PR and fourth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase, running a 11:34.84 mark at the PSAC Championships

- Competed in six meets in the winter season for the Golden Bears
- Opened the year with top three finishes in the 800m (2:26.06, third) and 4x400m Relay (4:29.26, second) races at the Fast Times Before Finals
- Finished third as part of the Distance Medley Relay with a mark of 12:44.73 at the NYC Gotham Cup, Jan. 20
- Set a PR mark in the mile run with a time of 5:22.32 at the Bison Open and Multi
- Capped off the season with a fifth place finish in the Distance Medley Relay (12:34.60) at the PSAC Championships
