2010 Highlights: Started every game and finished with 73 tackles, which was third on the team. He made a season-high 13 tackles against Gannon. He made nine tackles each against East Stroudsburg and CW Post. Rotkowski finished the season with 2.5 sacks with one coming against CW Post and Gannon. He was credited for a half-sack against Lock Haven. Rotkowski had two interceptions, one each against Mercyhurst and Shippensburg. The Golden Bears set school records for wins in a season (10), PSAC East wins (six), points scored (466), and most consecutive wins to begin the season (nine). Kutztown was the No. 1 seed in the NCAA Division II Super One Regional playoffs.
2009 Highlights: Played in all 11 games last season, making 21 tackles. He recorded a sack for a 13 yard loss in the season opener against Saint Anselm. Had a season high four tackles against Slippery Rock.
