2018 (Game-by-Game): Appeared in three games and finished with one assist in her first collegiate season...Made collegiate debut in the 2-0 win at Shepherd (9/2).

Allentown Central Catholic: Reed was a four-year letter-winner on the Allentown Central Catholic team. She earned All-Conference Second-Team honors twice and All-Conference First-Team once. Reed is an honor roll student and will major in Communications at KU.
 
From the Coach: "Kayla is a pure athlete. Her pace and athleticism is incredible and she loves to run at defenders and put them under pressure. Her direct style of play, her ability to take players on in 1v1 situations, and her ability to get to goal, will make her a goal scoring threat out wide, or in the target forward role. She is super dynamic and she takes space on the dribble so quickly."
