2016-17 (Match-by-Match): Munoz closed his debut campaign as a Golden Bear as a team leader, playing in 17 singles and 15 doubles matches. He ended the season 7-10 in singles and 5-10 in doubles. He won a team-high seven matches in singles play, along with five wins in doubles action alongside partners Joan Oliver Perez and David Nunez Contreras. Munoz's performance earned him distinction as the PSAC Athlete of the Week in March. Posted a victory in doubles play against West Liberty (4/15)...Tallied a victory in singles action against Mercyhurst (4/8)...Came away with victories in singles and doubles action in a win over Millersville (4/1)...Recorded two victories in a win over West Chester (3/25)...Notched a victory in singles action Harford Community College (3/23)...Recorded a win in singles action against Hillsdale College (3/15)...Picked up victories in both singles and doubles action against Saint Thomas Aquinas (10/5).
