2018 (OUTDOOR): Fifth place in the 800m in a season-best 1:52.41 and eighth-place in the 1500m in a career-best time of 3:59.23. He also ran as part of the fifth-place 4x800m relay team to combine for nine team points at the PSAC Championships (5/5)...Broke his own school-record as the final runner of the 4x800m relay team at Penn Relays, finishing in 7:42.76 (4/28)...Ran a season-best time of 1:52.96 in the 800m at the Colonial Relays (4/6)...Fourth place in the 400m in a career-best 51.11 at a Quad Meet at West Chester (3/31)...Opened the outdoor season with a seventh-place finish in a PSAC time of 1:53.80 in the 800m, and a career-best 1500m of 4:00.72 at the 49er Classic (3/17).
2017-18 (INDOOR): USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region in the DMR and 800m (2/27)...Won a PSAC Championship in the 4x800m relay in 7:50.14, third in school history, and finished eighth in the 800m at the PSAC Championships (2/24)...Moved up to fifth in school history in the 800m, finishing in 1:55.44 at the Fastrack National Invitational (2/9)...Won the 800m in 1:56.54, a new PSAC time, and finished fifth in the 1000m at the Bison Open (1/27)...Won the 1000m in a PR of 2:37.86 at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/12).
2017 (OUTDOOR): Named All-Atlantic Region in the 800m (5/16)...Won a PSAC title and broke the school record in an NCAA provisional mark in the 800m with a time of 1:51.56 at the PSAC Championships. He also ran with the third-place 4x800m relay and ninth-place 4x400m relay teams (5/5)...Ran a career-best of 4:01.64 in the 1500m at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic...Recorded a then-season-best in the 1500m (4:05.59) and the 800m (1:52.59, second best in school history) at the 49er Classic (3/17).
2016-17 (INDOOR): Posted a season-best and the eighth-fastest time in school history in the 800m (1:56.31) at the PSAC Championships (2/26)...Notched a PSAC mark in the 800 (1:59.38) at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational (2/11)...Posted a season-best in the 1000m (2:45.45) at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/20)
2016 (OUTDOOR): Was a member of KU's first-place 4x800m relay team that set a school-record of 7:45.28, and finished sixth in the 800m at the 2016 PSAC Outdoor Championships (5/14)...Placed ninth in the 800m run at the Paul Kaiser Classic with an existing PSAC mark of 1:55.22. He was a part of KU's winning 4x800m relay team with a time of 8:01.51 (4/30).
2015-16 (INDOOR): Earned All-PSAC honors as the third leg of the 4x800m relay team (third) and ran a season-best in the 800m (1:57.07) at the PSAC Championships (2/27-28).
