2019 (OUTDOOR):
2018-19 (INDOOR): Finished with personal bests of 49.76 in the 400m and 22.37 in the 200m, seventh all-time in program history, at the PSAC Championships (2/23).
He competed on the 4x4 relay team that earned KU three points - adding to the three points from his 400m 6th place finish (2/23)...Earned a PR in the 200m at the Fastrack National Invite (2/8)...Posted a PSAC-new and personal-best time of 50.74 in the 400m at the Bison Open (1/26)...Ran a new PSAC-Qualifying time of 7.09 in the 60m Finals, tied for sixth in program history, at the Fast Times Before Finals meet at Lehigh University (12/8).
2018 (OUTDOOR): D2ADA Academic Achievement Award...PSAC Scholar-Athlete...14th place in the 400m and ran as part of the fifth-place 4x400m relay team that ran a season-best 3:17.99 at the PSAC Championships (5/5)...Third place in the 400m in a career-best 50.24 at Moravian's Greyhound Invitational (4/21)...Opened the outdoor season with a then-career-best run of 51.34 in the 400m at the 49er Classic (3/17).
2017-18 (INDOOR): 13th place in the 400m, and ran as part of the fourth-place 4x400m relay team at the PSAC Championships (2/25)...Finished second in the finals of the 55m dash in a new PSAC time of 6.61 seconds at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/12)...Posted two PRs at the Bison Opener - 23.19 in the 200m and 51.22 in the 400m (12/2).
2017 (OUTDOOR): PSAC Scholar-Athlete and D2ADA Academic Achievement Award...Posted a career-best in the 400m (51.51) at the 49er Classic (3/17).
2016-17 (INDOOR): Part of KU's fifth-place DMR team at the PSAC Indoor Championships (2/26)...Posted a career-best in the 400m (51.66) at the Bison Opener (1/28).
2016 (OUTDOOR): PSAC Scholar-Athlete (6/29)...Finished 15th in the 400m dash at the Paul Kaiser Classic with a season-best time of 51.99 seconds (4/30).
2015-16 (INDOOR): Recorded a season-best in the 400m (52.37) at the Bison Open (1/30).
