2017 (Match-by-Match): Howe played in all 31 matches, starting 30 in her junior season for the Golden Bears. The Chambersburg-native racked up 212 kills and 61 total blocks, both of which ranked second on KU. Howe recorded double-digit kills six times, including a season-high 13 kills against Lock Haven (10/13). She will enter her senior season with 601 career kills, recording 160 or more in each of her three seasons donning the Maroon and Gold...Tallied 10 kills in a win over Salem (11/10)...Picked up 12 kills against Mercyhurst (10/28)...Posted 12 kills against West Virginia State (9/9)...Opened the season with 28 kills over four matches at the Elizabeth City State tournament (9/3).

2016 (Match-by-Match): Howe played in 20 matches during her sophomore campaign, appearing in 65 sets. She was second on the team with an average of 2.51 kills per set and had 10+ kills in five matches, including a career-high 17 against East Stroudsburg (10/11). She added 28 digs and 20 blocks, setting a new career-high with six blocks vs. Lees McRae (9/3)...Tallied 12 kills in a win over Cheyney (10/22)...Recorded a team-high seven kills against Pitt-Johnstown (10/14)...Picked up a career-high 19 kills against East Stroudsburg (10/11)...Notched nine kills and a block against Millersville (10/8)...Had nine kills against Clarion (9/24)...Posted eight kills and three digs against IUP (9/23)...Recorded 14 kills on Friday at the Urbana Invitational (9/16)...Posted 11 kills and six total blocks in a win over Lees McRae (9/3)...Recorded 14 kills against Mount Olive (9/2).

2015 (Match-by-Match):  In her freshman campaign, Howe recorded 226 kills, 103 digs, 31 total blocks and 14 assists.
