Konowal posted four goals and three assists. She has started in all 55 of her career games and has earned All-PSAC recognition three times during her outstanding career. Konowal was named to the 2016 All-PSAC Third Team after serving as both a forward and midfielder for the Golden Bears. She will head into her senior season looking to become the first KU player to earn four All-PSAC honors since Erin Reynolds accomplished the feat from 2010-13...Dished out an assist in a win over Mansfield (10/15)...Recorded an assist in a win over Limestone (10/13)...Scored in a win over Slippery Rock (10/1)...Posted two goals in a victory over Mercyhurst (9/28)...Recorded her first goal of the season in a victory over Assumption (9/5).

Plymouth–Whitemarsh High School: Konowal was an All-State player who was second in the Suburban One League in scoring, only trailing her sister. She was selected to the All-Southeastern Pa. team and to the All-SOL team in her senior season. The four-year varsity player was a senior captain who led her team to the SOL American Conference Championship, earning her the Team MVP award. Notably, she played her club ball with the prestigious World Class Eagles Field Hockey Club. Off the field, Konowal's 3.88 GPA earned her Academic Excellence in high school and to the PFHCA State All-Academic Team.
