2009-2010: He was named PSAC East player of the week twice this season (Dec. 23 & Jan. 3). He scored his 1,000th career point against Holy Family on Feb. 1, 2010. ..Finishes junior season with 1,176 career points, which is 14th in KU men’s basketball history. …Washington posted 18 double-doubles. ...He scored a career-high 31 points in consecutive outings against Gannon and Clarion on Jan. 2 & 3, 2010. 2008-09: Washington started in all 33 games, averaging 13.6 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. He led the Golden Bears in blocks with 61. He also led KU in shooting, making 62.0 percent of his field goals, fourth on KU's single-season record list. Washington was named to the PSAC East second team, as well as the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region All-Tournament team. In the Golden Bears three games in the NCAA tournament, Washington scored 20.7 points per game, including a career-best 28 in the regional semifinals.
