2012-13: In his first season with the Golden Bears, Haddad finished fourth at the NCAA National Championships to earn All-America honors. Kutztown's only nationally-ranked wrestler, Haddad was ranked sixth at 285 as he had just five losses all season and led the team with 27 wins. A team-high 14 of those victories were bonus wins in the form of five falls, eight major decisions and a technical fall. It marked his return to action after sitting out the previous year after competing on the Division I level as a freshman. The layoff did not appear to affect Haddad as he was the runner-up at both the PSAC Championships and the Super Region 1 Championships.

2009-10 (UNC): Transfer from the University of North Carolina. In only his redshirt freshman season, Haddad was tabbed All-ACC at heavyweight after competing at the Division I National Championships and finishing as the runner-up at the ACC Championships. Haddad, who began the season wrestling unattached, finished 17-11 overall and was undefeated in regular-season league action.

2008-09 (UNC): Redshirt year...Went 9-7 at heavyweight with three pins wrestling unattached in four events...Placed fourth at the Pembroke Open with a 3-1 record, including two pins...Also saw action at the Wolfpack Open, Mat Town Open and Southern Scuffle.
