2014: Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (7/6)…Crossed the line in 40th (24:19.6) at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships (11/22)...Finished 24th with a time of 22:48 at the PSAC Championships, which was the highest finish at the PSAC race in her career (11/8)...Finished in the top-six with a season-best time in the 8k of 22:35 at Lock Haven University's Go Fast River Run (10/25)...Finished 10th overall with a time of 22:48 at the Don Cathcart Invitational (9/27)...Ranked second on KU and finished in 21st place with a time of 24:13 at Kutztown's DII/III Challenge (9/13)...Ranked second on KU and finished in 18th place with a time of 15:40 at the Galen Piper Invitational (9/5).

2013: Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (7/3)...Named the Team MVP at the annual All-Sports Banquet (4/29)...Finished in 37th place with a time of 22:07 at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships (11/9)...Finished 46th overall with a time of 24:02 at the PSAC Championships (10/26)...Finished in eighth place with a time of 24:09 at the DeSales Invitational (10/12)...Finished 66th overall with a time of 23:17 at the Paul Short Invitational (10/5)...Finished in fifth place with a time of 22:14 at the LHU River Run (9/21)...Finished 35th with a time of 23:51 at the Division II/III Challenge (9/14)...Finished in 11th place with a time of 15:30 at the Galen Piper Invitational (9/6).

2012: Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (6/26)...McNally competed in five events during the 2012 season. At the PSAC Championships, she ran 24:12.4 to place 44th and help Kutztown to its fifth place team finish. At the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship meet, she posted a season-best 23:04.9 to take 67th and help Kutztown improve on that finish and take fourth overall. McNally’s top individual finish came at the Kutztown-hosted Division II Challenge, where she placed 22nd.

2011: McNally competed in all but one event her freshman season. She finished ninth overall in the DeSales Invitational (24:33.41). McNally had her top finish at the PSAC Championships, where she finished in 22:57.6. She also competed in the NCAA Atlantic Regionals, where she placed 50th (24:16).
