2014-15 (Game-by-Game): Fortune started in all 31 games for the Golden Bears during his senior season. He averaged 16.1 points, 2.3 assists, 1.8 threes made, and 1.2 steals in 28.8 minutes per game. He led the team in points, threes made, and free throws made. He also led the team in free throw percentage at 87%. He scored in double figures in 27 of his 31 games played. He surpassed 20 points on 10 separate occasions and had a career-high 33 points against East Stroudsburg on Feb. 25. He had multiple threes made in 19 games and had a career-high five threes made in a win over Edinboro on Jan. 3 and against East Stroudsburg on Feb. 25...Named 2015 All-PSAC East Second Team (3/4)...Led the team with 23 points in a win over West Chester in the PSAC quarterfinals (3/3)...Scored 21 points in a win over Shippensburg in the first round of the PSAC playoffs (2/28)...Recorded a career-high 33 points against East Stroudsburg. Pocono Mountain West High School (California (PA)): Fortune transfers to Kutztown after three seasons at California University (PA). He led the Vulcans in scoring in 2013-14 at 11.6 per game. He also dished out 51 assists, had 27 steals and shot 85.2 percent from the free throw line. For his career, Fortune has scored 823 points, averaging 9.9 per game. He has 83 games of collegiate experience under his belt, has made 90 three-pointers, and is a career 85.8 percent free throw shooter. At Pocono Mountain West, he was named first-team all-conference, conference MVP, Stroudsburg Pocono Record Player of the Year, and first-team all-valley. Fortune is pursuing a degree in criminal justice. From the Coach: "Tynell is a great addition to our program and will add a consistent scoring dimension that has been missing. He is an outstanding student and will be a great example for our younger players."
