2015: (OUTDOOR) Ran a career-best time in the 400m hurdles prelims but missed the finals cut by one place, and ran the opening leg of the 12th-place 4x400m relay team at the PSAC Championships (5/2)...Posted a career-best in the 400m hurdles (1:05.37) at the Greyhound invitational (4/19)...Recorded a season-best in the 400m hurdles (1:06.80) at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/28).

2014-15: (INDOOR) Anchored the seventh-place 4x400m relay team and placed 25th in the 400m at the PSAC Championships (3/1)...Posted a career-best in the 400m (1:00.64) at the Valentine Invitational (2/14)...Recorded a season-best time in the 400m dash (1:03.59) at the Bison Open (1/30-31)...Posted a season-best time in the 200m (26.73) at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23).

2014: (OUTDOOR) Competed as the opening leg of the 4x400 team that finished in a season-best time (3:55.89) and sixth overall, and turned in a career-best time of 1:05.69 in the 400m hurdles for 10th at the PSAC Championships (5/2)...Finished fifth in the 400m hurdles with a PSAC-qualifying time of 1:07.27 at the Paul Kaiser Invitational (4/26).

2013-14: (INDOOR) Placed third in the 55m dash with a time of 7.61 seconds at the Last Chance Invitational (2/22)...Finished fourth in the 200m dash with a time of 28.00 seconds at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/17).

2013: (OUTDOOR) Finished fifth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:10.32 at the West Chester Collegiate Invitational (4/13)...Was part of the 4x100 relay team that finished second with a time of 50.20 seconds at the Muhlenberg Invitational (4/6).
