2014: (OUTDOOR) Finished 10th in the 3000m Steeplechase and 12th in the 5000m in a career-best time (18:23.50) at the PSAC Championships (5/2)...Finished third overall in the 3,000m steeplechase with a season-best time of 11:39.70 at the Greyhound Invitational (4/19)...Placed 26th overall in the 5,000m run with a PSAC-qualifying time of 18:24.81 at the Bison Classic (4/12)...Won the 3,000m steeplechase with a PSAC-qualifying time of 12:08.43 at the Muhlenberg Invitational (4/5).
2013-14: (INDOOR) Finished 26th overall in the 3,000m run with a time of 10:43.59 at the PSAC Indoor Championships (3/2)...Placed fourth overall in the 3,000m run with a PSAC-qualifying time of 10:40.47 at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games (2/15)...Finished fifth overall in the 3000m run with a time of 11:32.14 at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/17).
