2013: Named the Team MVP at the annual All-Sports Banquet (4/29)...Finished in 197th place overall with a time of 33:33.2 at the NCAA National Championships (11/23)...Finished in fifth place overall with a time of 30:51 at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships for all-region honors (11/9)...Finished in fifth place overall with a time of 25:34 at the PSAC Championships, which earned him All-PSAC honors (10/26)...Won the DeSales Invitational in 26:10 (10/12)...Finished in 10th place overall with a time of 25:33 at the LHU River Run (9/21)...Finished in fifth place overall with a time of 25:55 at the Division II/III Challenge (9/14)...Finished in fourth place overall with a time of 19:07 at the Galen Piper Invitational (9/6).

2012: Fleming competed in four events in 2012. His season best of 26:21.9 was good for 16th place at the PSAC Championships; it also earned him All-PSAC honors and helped the Golden Bears to a seventh place finish. At the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships he ran 32:30.1 for the 10k course, placing 37th and helping the Golden Bears to a ninth place showing. Fleming’s top individual finish of the season came at the Lehigh Valley Invitational, where he placed sixth.

2011: Fleming finished up his sophomore season as one of the Golden Bears top runners. He led KU in four meets and had his top finish at the DeSales Invitational where he finished seventh overall (26:36.33). Fleming also ran in the PSAC Championships where he finished 29th overall. He also finished 42nd overall at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals (34:14).

2010: Fleming had a very busy freshman season and was a leader of the team as he competed in six of seven events. At the NCAA Atlantic Regionals he finished 56th overall in 34:26.3. He also finished 67th at the PSAC Championships (29:12). Fleming’s top finish was at the DeSales Invitational where he finished 11th overall (27:25.12), and his top time was at the Paul Short Invitational (27:22).
