2015 (Game-by-Game): Started in nine of his 11 games played for the Golden Bears in his redshirt-junior season. He recorded a career-high 62 total tackles during the season and had two pass deflections. Mintz had a career-high 10 tackles against Gannon on Sept. 19 and posted five or more tackles in eight games...Tallied nine tackles in a win over Clarion (11/14)...Totaled eight tackles in a win over Lock Haven (10/31)...Recorded seven tackles in a win over East Stroudsburg (10/24)...Posted five tackles in a win over Millersville (10/3)...Recorded a career-high 10 tackles against Gannon (9/19)...Tallied six tackles against Assumption (9/5).

2014 (Game-by-Game): Started in all 11 games for the Golden Bears during his redshirt sophomore season. He recorded 30 total tackles (25 solo, 5 ast), an interception and a forced fumble during the year.
