2014: (OUTDOOR) After finishing eighth in the second heat of the 3000m Steeplechase, Fleming finished 11th overall in the finals at the NCAA National Championships in 9:09.01 (5/23)...Named to USTFCCCA Outdoor All-Region team in the 3000m Steeplechase (5/13)...Won his first career PSAC Championship in the 3000m Steeplechase. He won the event by .02 seconds in his third NCAA provisional mark of the year in the event. He also earned All-PSAC honors as the second leg of the 4x800 team that finished third, and finished fourth in the 1500m run at the PSAC Championships (5/2)...Placed fifth overall in the 800m run with a career-best and PSAC-qualifying time of 1:54.91 at the Paul Kaiser Invitational (4/26)...Finished 13th overall in the 3,000m steeplechase with a career-best and NCAA-Provisional qualifying time of 8:59.98 at the Princeton Invitational. That mark ranks him second all-time in KU history (4/18)...Placed 28th overall in the 5,000m run with a career-best and PSAC-qualifying time of 15:03.98 at the Bison Classic. That mark ranks him 7th all-time in KU history (4/12)...Finished fifth overall in the 1,500m run with a career-best and PSAC-qualifying time of 3:55.98 at the Fred Hardy Invitatinal. That mark ranks him 6th all-time in KU history (3/28)...Placed first overall in the 3,000m steeplechase with a PSAC and Provisional-qualifying time of 9:14.91 at the Shamrock Invitational (3/21).

2013-14: (INDOOR) Finished fifth overall in the mile with a career-best time of 4:16.93 at the PSAC Indoor Championships. That mark ranks him 2nd all-time in KU history (3/2)...Placed first overall in the 800m run with a PSAC-qualifying time of 1:57.35 at the Last Chance Invitational (2/22)...Finished second overall in the mile with a PSAC-qualifying time of 4:17.02 at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games. That time places him 2nd all-time in the mile in KU history (2/15)...Placed 95th overall in the 3,000 meters with a PSAC-qualifying time of 8:45.52 at the David Hemery Valentine's Day Invitational (2/8)...Finished second overall in the mile with a PSAC-qualifying time of 4:19.93 at the Bison Open (2/1)...Placed eighth in the 3000 meters with a career-best 8:41.97, the third fastest time in Kutztown's history, at the NYU Team Challenge (1/24)...Won the mile with a time of 4:33.73 at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/17).

2013: (OUTDOOR) Named to the USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region team in the 3000m steeplechase (5/21)...Finished second with a career-best performance in the 3000m steeplechase. With his NCAA provisional time of 9:11.04, he moved up to second on Kutztown's Top 10 list in the event (5/11)...Finished sixth overall in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:15.26 at the Penn Relays (4/25)...Finished sixth overall in the 1500m run with a time of 3:58.54 at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20)...Placed third in the 3000m steeplechase with a PSAC-qualifying time of 9:21.36 at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/29)...Finished second overall in the 1500m run with a time of 3:58.73 at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Invitational (3/16).
