CENTER VALLEY, Pa. -- Kutztown University women's cross country was represented by three runners, all of whom finished within the top 33, at Saturday's DeSales Invitational.
Freshman
Aubrey Carlson (Lebanon, N.J./North Hunterdon) made her collegiate debut an impressive one with an eighth-place performance in the field of 82 runners. Carlson crossed the line to complete the 6k race in 24:58.6.
Junior
Kadia Stover (Hershey, Pa./Hershey) recorded a 32nd-place finish in 26:49.8, just ahead of freshman teammate Maya McDonell in 33rd (26:56.4).
Penn State's club team scored 34 points to top the team standings. DeSales and Stevens totaled 55 points each to complete the top three. With only three runners entered, Kutztown did not register a team score.
The Golden Bears will travel to Edinboro for the 2025 PSAC Championships in two weeks on Saturday, Oct. 25.
